Important information for incoming students:

• Student Account Center is inaccessible until new students claim their Reed computer account and receive a Reed email address.
  • Instructions and a unique activation code are emailed to new students with the subject, "Getting Started".
  • Following the creation of the Reed computer account, the student will need to:
    • login into their IRIS account, Reed’s password-protected website for community members, at iris.reed.edu, 
    • click on the Student Account Center link on the IRIS home page
    • and verify their personal information. 

• The following options for authorized users will only be available after the student takes the above steps to set up their account.
  • Authorized users' access can be obtained in two ways:
    •  the student may invite authorized users directly from the main page of Student Account Center, which will prompt an email to be sent to the authorized user to claim and set up their account, or
    • authorized users may request access to Student Account Center; these access requests must be approved by the student, and involve the student logging into their student account through the IRIS link and accepting the request. 

Reed College Student Account Center is an online portal for accessing real time student account information 24/7. Students and authorized users can log in to student account center to easily view your account, make payments, or set up a payment plan online.

View and manage student accounts with easy to-navigate tabs:

• Account Summary – View the current balance due, make a one-time payment, or enroll in a payment plan. Use Quick Links to complete other frequent actions recommended by the business office.
• Account Activity – View and print account activity by term or date range.
• Payment Plans – View payment plan offerings. Activate and manage payments plan to pay the account balance in affordable monthly installments.
• Make Payment- options include:
  
  • ACH/direct debit. Securely add preferred bank account information for easy payment transactions. (no additional fee)
  • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and ATM debit cards). Securely add preferred cards for easy checkout each time a payment is made. (fees vary, maximum fee 2.99%)
  • International & wire payment. Bank wire, credit card, online/eWallet, plus other options may be available depending on the originating country.

Students: Access Student Account Center using Kerberos (IRIS login).

Authorized Users: Students can grant one or more people, authorized user access to manage their student account on-line. Students can authorize other users by following the instructions for setting up Authorized Users.
