Reed Outdoor Programs and Education (ROPE)
Whether you are interested in rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, student-led backpacking trips, or simply borrowing a camping stove for your personal expedition, ROPE makes it easy for you to find your way into the wilds.
Come find us in our new home located in the Sports Center. The Reed Outdoor Education Center is the HUB of your recreational experience, whether you want to plan an outing, gear up, socialize or take a few laps on our climbing wall. Visit us often and maximize your outdoor experiences while attending Reed.
ROPE's mission is to offer diverse outdoor recreation and leadership opportunities that enhance the wellbeing of the entire Reed community. ROPE provides the following:
