Catholic Charities
This Catholic organization partners with vulnerable communities (regardless of their religious or non-religious identification) in an attempt to achieve lasting solutions to poverty and injustice. They work to address the root causes of problems facing communities by advocating for just public policies and helping to change the social structures that contribute to suffering and injustice at home and around the world. In addition to this, the organization works to aid or assist people both locally and globally to meet their immediate, short-term needs. Examples include engaging in direct involvement by providing food, clothing, shelter, or monetary assistance to help those in need. Get involved here. Immigration Counseling Services
This organization provides affordable immigration legal services and free informational forums. Their mission has recently expanded to include work with unaccompanied children and survivors of human trafficking. Reach out directly by phone to find opportunities. One current position would assist staff with clerical, outreach, client coordination and communication tasks (must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and adhere to strict confidentiality).

Milenio
Milenio facilitates the involvement of Latinx people at all levels of public decision-making and politics in our state of Oregon. Milenio strives to improve education outcomes, advocates for immigration reform, incarceration, women's rights, LGBT rights, etc. The organization conducts analysis to inform, influence, promote and engage diverse sectors of the Latinx community, with an understanding that advancing Latinx people advances a shared future.

Voz is a worker-led organization that empowers diverse day laborers and immigrants to improve working conditions and protect civil rights through leadership development, organizing, education, and economic opportunity.
