Planned Outages

Banner upgrade Friday, 11/22/24, 8pm-10pm

On Friday, November 22nd, we will be upgrading Banner from 8pm until approximately 10pm. Banner and the following applications will be down while the upgrades are applied:

  • IRIS and SOLAR

  • ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)

  • Banner Admin pages

  • Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)

  • Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)

  • Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)

  • Argos reports accessing Banner data
