etcentral.reed.edu and etcontent.reed.edu services are running slowly this morning. Admin Computing is working with the Vendor to determine cause and resolution.

Login and Email Delivery System Restored

Various Reed systems were rejecting logins this morning and emails were not being delivered. IT staff resolved the issues around 8:45 am. Emails that were not delivered during the outage will be delivered. If you are still experiencing login issues please reload the page, try a private browsing session, or call the helpdesk for more assistance.

The Banner ERP system is off-line for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by 12 pm Sunday.

  • Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)

  • Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
  • Argos reports accessing Banner data
