Banner maintenance complete

The updates to Banner have been applied and all related services are again available for use. If you run into any problems, please email admin-computing@reed.edu.

Planned Outages

Banner Outage, Friday, 6/28/24 at 6pm

The Banner ERP system will be taken off-line for maintenance starting at 6 pm this Friday, June 28, 2024. Service is expected to be restored by 11 pm.

The following services will be unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

  • IRIS and SOLAR
  • ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
  • Banner Admin pages
  • Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)
  • Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
  • Oracle databases (including Reed websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
  • Argos reports accessing Banner data
