- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is automatically installed on Reed-owned computers. Current students, faculty, and staff are also able to install Office on a personal Windows or Mac computer.
- LibreOffice is a free and opensource alternative
- Google Apps is used for Email, Calendar, Docs/Drive, and Groups
- Zoom allows you to schedule or host online videoconference meetings, and present information by sharing your screen. Meetings can also be recorded and shared for later viewing. Faculty and staff can make and receive phone calls through the Zoom app on a computer or mobile device.
- Adobe Software
- For students: Creative Cloud is available on limited computers in the Performing Arts Resource Center on the third floor of the Performing Arts Center
- For faculty and staff: Annual subscriptions funded by the department are available to staff or faculty who need it for their work. Visit the Adobe page to learn more and to request a license.
- SensusAccess - online conversion tool. Need to convert a PDF to an editable Word doc? Or convert other file types to an accessible format? SensusAccess converts documents into a range of alternate and accessible formats.
