What I Do:
- Provide in person, phone, and e-mail support for student and faculty Windows, Mac, and Unix users
- Assist Computer User Services (CUS) staff in managing the student computer labs (IRCs)
- Assist in developing user documentation
- Supervise student CUS Assistants
- Assist IT and ACS staff with troubleshooting
- Play guitar, drums, and bass; smile, eat muffins, take photos; bike like a bonobo monkey on gak
