What I Do:
- Develop and administer IdAM systems and processes, including: account lifecycle management tools, service provisioning, single sign-on, and others
- Develop and administer high availability website and application hosting infrastructure for the college website as well as various student information and ERP systems
- Develop and maintain systems for monitoring and alerting system administrators of the performance and reliability of core services
- Deploy and maintain the configuration management system for Linux servers
- Assist in the deployment and architectural decision-making for core services such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, NTP, etc
- Assist in the administration of Linux servers, network storage, backup, and version control systems
- Develop and maintain the Reed Digital Collections
- Develop, deploy, and maintain other web applications such as File Robot
- Provide technical guidance for system administrators, developers and analysts
