This does not need to be shown at first time immigration registration, but does need to be shown at each subsequent renewal of permission.
Financial
Cost to attend:
Reed College charges the same tuition fees for a semester or year off-campus as for a semester or year spent on campus, plus the program's actual room and board fees. Reed College encourages students to choose programs based on their academic rather than financial needs to reflect Reed's belief that all students, regardless of financial circumstances, should have the opportunity to study abroad.
Financial aid continues for eligible students during the off-campus program. Students should discuss with the Financial Aid Office how other outside aid may impact their existing aid package. Check out more details directly on the Reed College Financial Aid page.
Past Student Testimonials

"I absolutely loved the year I spent in Dublin. Classes at Trinity were more similar to Reed than I had initially thought, in that while there were large lectures each class I took also had a small discussion compontent. These were called tutorials, and happened weekly in groups of up to just 13 students. These classes functioned a lot like the Reed discussion-based classes I was used to, and I found them very helpful for my learning. My professors were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I can especially reccomend the Irish Literature and Languages courses, offered through the Irish department for visiting students specifically. These allowed me to get an incredibly unique and close perspective on Irish writing, often from native Irish speaking professors. Dublin is a fantastic big city with a small feel, and was full of exciting opportunities, as well as connections by train to the rest of Ireland, and by plane to the rest of Europe for fast, cheap, reliable travel throughout my experience abroad."
- Adrian, abroad the entire 2022-2023 school year
"Studying abroad at Trinity College Dublin ended up being one of the most foundational experiences of my educational and social life. As an English major I had always known I wanted to go to an English speaking country to further explore literature and Trinity fulfilled these desires. Exploring the historical campus that I shared with a plethora of international students and tourists meant I was always seeing new faces. The area surrounding Trinity's campus is the utmost heart of Dublin and it provided me with so many stepping points from which to explore the city, the nation, and the continent of Europe. Ireland is a place that immediately feels like home. I don't know if I have ever been to a place where people were as friendly, helpful, and hilarious. Dublin's night life is buzzing with conversation and the food scene rivals any major city (I absolutely recommend Doom Slice). All in all I was lucky enough to meet people who would become very close friends of mine; join and learn how to play rugby; and experience the joys of a city humming with life."
