What does HR do?
The Human Resources department is responsible for ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee policies for all divisions and departments within the college. The department ensures that decisions regarding hiring, pay, promotions, terminations, or other employment actions are compliant with the college's policies, procedures, and practices.
Human Resources fosters and encourages effective communication among employees, maintains a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace, and helps supervisors improve their leadership and team building skills.
