Reed Parents & Families
Parents and families are a valued part of the Reed community and important partners in student success. Learn more about connecting with Reed through events, initiatives, and volunteer and giving opportunities.
Parent & Family Leadership Committee
The Parent and Family Leadership Committee is charged with providing families’ perspectives to college leadership, advocating for a liberal arts education, increasing connections between families, and inspiring sustained family giving. The committee plans events and initiatives, and provides updates through ReediEnews, our newsletter for parents and families.
Many thanks to our Reed community family volunteers for all you do!
How to Get Involved

Reed Parent & Family Giving
Parent and family support helps Reed bridge the gap between tuition and endowment revenues and the annual cost of educating our students.
Each year, your gifts support nearly every aspect of the college, from financial aid and faculty research to student life and library books. Donations make possible the extraordinary educational experience Reed provides, and your endorsement of this particular education, along with gifts from alumni and friends, signals to foundations and others that the college deserves their support, as well.
