• [11/22] Problem Set #7 and a set of final-exam sample questions are both now posted.
• [11/14] The grade file has now been updated through the second midterm exam.
• [10/31] Problem set deadline change: Problem Set #5 is now due at the beginning of class on Monday, November 6.
• [10/26] Schedule changes for next week (10/30-11/3)
  • Monday, 10/30, and Friday, 11/2: Class will begin early, at 8:30am
  • Tuesday, 10/31: Special Halloween office hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm
  • Wednesday, 11/1: No class or office hours
• [10/10] A coded file is now posted with grades from homework and the first midterm exam.

• [9/28] Practice problems on Chapters 6 and 7 are now posted, along with a sample exam from a previous year.
• [9/20] I have just posted Problem Set #3. It is due on Friday, September 29.
• [9/15] The policy on late assignments has been clarified in the Course Information section of the site.
• [9/14] Problem Set #2 is due on Friday, September 22. This assignment involves using Excel to analyze the growth experience of one assigned country. This assignment will likely take you considerable time; do not leave it until the last minute!
• [9/4] Problem Set #1 is now posted. It covers growth models and is due on Friday, September 15.
