CS Survey Responses:
Every week Community Safety requests survey responses from those who've had interactions with a member of the Community Safety team. These responses are always collected anonymously with the option for the responder to leave contact information if they would like for a member of Community Safety management to contact them, and are used internally for departmental performance tracking. Community Safety has opted to publish these survey results for transparency and community accountability. *Names and pronouns mentioned in survey responses will be redacted to protect the privacy of individuals.
In addition to surveys sent directly to those who have interacted with Community Safety, the Reed community is always encouraged to independently complete the survey regarding Community Safety's performance.
You can take the survey here: CS Survey

I am grateful for how quickly CSO's responded to my text, however I did find the Emojis during texting weird, but someone came quickly they were very nice and professional.

Reporting a Theft
Met expectations
The Community Safety officer indicated that I would probably only need to report this incident via the online form with Portland police, but when I actually called the non-emergency line for the police they informed that burglary does not fall under the category of incidents that should be reported online, and we needed to actually file a report (and the police did end up coming to our house very soon after I called). This just might be helpful for community safety to be aware of if/when they have to give similar advice to others in the Reed community.

I think the CSO was making sure the ambulance could navigate to my location. It all worked out. I made it to the hospital.
