All digests below include ladders in the left and/or right lanes. Samples should be arranged alphabetically from left to right (A through I; K to M; then the control if loaded).
Sizes for some of the bands in the ladder lane are noted. The principle ladder used was New England Biolabs' 100 bp ladder. In some lanes, NEB's 1 kb ladder was added to the 100 bp ladder
