Plaster Copies of Portrait Heads
Among the outstanding displays in the Museo dell'Ara Pacis are nine plaster casts of portrait heads of Augustus and members of his family, on display in an entry area of the museum. These are accompanied by a genealogical chart of the most important memebrs of the Julio-Claudian clan from Julius Caesar to Nero.
