Greetings from Disability & Accessibility Resources!
We’re emailing to introduce ourselves and make sure you know how to connect with us. We go by DAR for short, and we work with students who have disabilities that impact their student experience.
The students we work with have a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, chronic medical conditions, and hearing or visual impairments. If you have a medical or mental health condition and would like to request disability accommodations at Reed, we invite you to visit the DAR new students page, which has all the information you need to get started.
Our recommended deadline for submitting academic accommodation requests is July 15, 2024. If you have any questions about the accommodation process, we invite you to email dar@reed.edu or schedule a general information meeting with us over the summer.
