 Technical Support Specialist


Reed's department of Computer User Services seeks a conscientious and creative computer technician to provide troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of Apple computing equipment. Meet interesting and intelligent people, and fix their broken MacBooks!


Required: Apple hardware certification or equivalent experience; excellent hardware troubleshooting skills; basic software troubleshooting skills; great communication and problem-solving abilities; highest standards of customer service; bachelor's degree.  Desired: experience supporting technology in a higher ed environment; sense of humor; grace under pressure; ability to work and play nicely with others, including canines.
