Associate Dean of Admission for Information Systems

Reed College, one of the country’s leading private liberal arts colleges, invites nominations and applications for the position of Associate Dean of Admission for Information Systems. The Associate Dean is an integral member of the Office of Admission, a member of the Dean of Admission’s three-person management team, and the person responsible for coordinating the information systems needs for the admission office.  The Associate Dean will manage the input of admission data into the campus wide CRM, providing work specifications for programmers to update existing tools, creating procedures, managing a small team of data technicians, and training staff. The position will also manage the output of admission data, including internal and external reports; correspondence and communications with prospective students, applicants, and high schools; preparing reports; and establishing polices, procedures and standards for admission information systems.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree; 5-8 years of directly related work experience is required. Experience and/or credentials in information management are a plus; experience in higher education is also a plus.
