Moodle service has been restored and Moodle is now available on its new server. Content migration is still in progress. Please write to moodle@reed.edu if you have any questions.

Banner and dependent services are offline while maintenance is in progress.  Service is expected to be restored by 10:30 p.m.

Planned Outages

Banner maintenance planned for 10:00 pm Fri, June 19 (tonight!)

Banner will be taken offline at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19 for maintenance.   Service is expected to be restored by 10:30 p.m.  The following services may be unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

  • Banner
  • Banner-related products (Self-Service web sites, SCT Datamarts)
  • Document Management (NolijWeb)
  • Oracle databases (including support for Reed web sites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
  • ID card printing and replacement

If your office has planned activities that may be interrupted by this maintenance work, please contact Jonathan Byrd (ext. 5517, byrdj@reed.edu) as soon as possible.

Moodle downtime planned, Saturday 6/20

On Saturday, June 20, beginning at 6 a.m., CIS will migrate Moodle to a new server. Moodle will be unavailable while the migration is in progress.

We expect that Moodle access will be restored by 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 20.
