What I Do:

  • Manage the general administrative functions of the department to achieve goals within budgeted funds and available personnel; direct changes in priorities.
  • Develop short and long-range plans to meet web infrastructure needs of the college.
  • Manage the development and implementation of campus web systems such as the campus portal, content management system, and digital media services.
  • Manage web and multimedia development services for faculty and academic departments.
  • Recruit new departmental employees and make decisions regarding the hiring, discipline, transfer, and termination of employees. Train, supervise, schedule and evaluate the work of departmental staff.
  • Resolve inquiries, problems, or complaints regarding the availability or quality of web support services.
