Deadlines

Deadlines set by the faculty such as those pertaining to registration, adding classes, dropping classes, withdrawal from the college, and handing in the senior thesis will be closely observed, and exceptions will be permitted rarely, and only by approval of a petition to the Administration Committee. Generally, petitions will be approved only in cases where circumstances beyond the control of the student warrant waiving the deadline (for example, medical problems of the student, late notification of junior qualifying examination results, or misleading advice). In certain cases where a deadline is waived, a fine of no more than one per cent of current semester tuition may be levied by the Administration Committee.

Consult the academic calendar for current deadlines.
